五 |          美国司法部也发表声明，宣布起诉包括倪高彬及赵光宗在内的七名与中国政府有关的黑客，他们被控针对美国企业，政府官员和批评人士的计算机进行入侵，并串谋施行电信欺诈行为。         同一天，英国政府也指控中国为网络攻击黑手，并宣布制裁倪高彬及赵光宗及武汉晓睿智科技有限公司，冻结其资产、禁止英国企业和个人与和他们有经济往来，并宣布传召中国驻英国大使。         3月26日下午中国驻新西兰大使馆发表声明，声明全文如下：          中方注意到新方有关声明称“由中国政府支持的黑客组织对新议会实施恶意网络行为”。中方坚决拒绝该毫无根据、不负责任的指控，已就此向新方有关部门提出严正交涉，表明了强烈不满和坚决反对。         网络安全是全球性挑战。中国是网络攻击的主要受害者之一，一贯坚决反对并依法打击任何形式的网络攻击，主张各国通过对话与合作共同应对。同时，网络攻击溯源问题高度复杂敏感，在调查和定性网络事件时，应有充分客观证据，而不是在没有事实依据的情况下污蔑抹黑他国，更不应将网络安全问题政治化、武器化。         不干涉他国内政是中国外交政策的根本原则。己所不欲，勿施于人。

六 | 中方过去从未，未来也绝不会干涉包括新方在内的其他国家内政。指责中方干涉新内政完全是找错了对象。中方希望新方能切实践行长期以来引以为傲的独立外交政策，独立作出最符合自身利益的判断和决定，而非盲从他人，人云亦云，从而损害自身的信誉和利益。
