A | (ECNS) -- China's Kuaishou Gaming (KSG) defeated fellow Chinese team AG.AL 4-3 in a seven-game final in Paris, France, on Saturday to claim the Honor of Kings World Cup at the 2026 Esports World Cup. Both teams reached the final without dropping a game through the group and knockout stages. KSG took the opener before the two sides traded momentum, with AG.AL moving 3-2 ahead and reaching match point. KSG then fought back to force a deciding seventh game and sealed the title. Its player He Weijia (JuHao) was named the Sony MVP. The competition featured 20 clubs, with KSG taking $600,000 in prize money and runner-up AG.AL receiving $360,000. The 2026 Esports World Cup opened in Paris on July 6 and will run through Aug. 23, bringing together more than 200 clubs and 2,000 professional players from over 100 countries and regions.
